A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will migrate your website(s) to our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesired downtime. That’s the reason why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We have knowledgeable administrators whose sole task is to ensure that your site functions exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based on popular apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are many variables to consider – the overall amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. That said, we do try to accomplish all website migrations within a 48–hour time period. Less sizeable web sites are transferred faster – usually in under 24 hours.

A: We do not require any personal details. We’ll need, however, the login information for your current hosting account and the name of the site that you would like to transfer.

A: User privacy is indeed one of our top responsibilities – that’s why, both our payment page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–grade SSLs. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative operations to safeguard the info that we obtain on the Internet. And we also have a very detailed and rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes the types of information that we gather.

A: Your website will continue to work exactly like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. After we have completed the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning correctly, all you will have to do is modify the name server resource records associated with your domain. Your web site will be migrated over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Essentially, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
